Dr Oran McGrath, Executive Director & Co-founder of Dilosk

Dr Oran McGrath is an Executive Director and Co-founder of Dilosk.

Founder and Executive Chairman of the multi-asset investment management company – Incapt.

Acquired and led (Managing Director) the turnaround of Medentech (Irish global specialist in disinfection tablets) and then oversaw the sale and integration of the company into ICL (1997 – 2013).

Chairman of the Fondomonte Group of Companies from start-up (2006) until the acquisition of the company by Almaria PLC in late 2011.

Held senior positions in Ireland and the USA with Bausch & Lomb (American Eye Health care company) from 1998 to 2007: Director of contact lens manufacturing site in Ireland (1,500 employees), VP Global Engineering in NY (600 engineers & scientists among 16 sites globally) and VP of Research and Development in NY.

Research Fellow at the French National research Centre (CNRS) studying and modelling ultra-thin magnetic layers.

Holds a Doctorate from the University of Grenoble along with an MSc (Physics) and an MA from Trinity College Dublin ; Fellow of the Institute of Physics (London) (FInstP); Chartered Physicist (CPhys) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
